Delivery

We would want the best for you! When your bouquet is out to deliver, we will drop you a text to notify you! Upon reaching the doorstep, if there is no one to receive it, we will call both the recipient and sender for further instructions. If both are uncontactable, we will bring the bouquet back for further notice. Do note that we will try to deliver again only when we are near the location. Otherwise, we will continue our journey and be back only after all our products are delivered.

Let us know as soon as possible! Contact us immediately at +65 97267309 and we will proceed with the arrangement. 

Flower Care

Upon receiving the bouquet, remove the wrapping and place the flowers in a vase with clean water. Give the stems a 1cm, 45 angle trim daily and remove any leaves and petals you see submerging in the water. This is to prevent contamination of water. Alternatively, you can dry your flowers to make a dried bouquet.

Unlike the fresh flower bouquet, it is best to leave the preserved/dried bouquet as it is. You could also add a few drops of few drops of essential oil for the fragrance.

All prices listed on our website are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and inclusive of the prevailing GST. These prices are subject to change without prior notice or obligations to you.

All the online transactions are processed via Stripe for credit card payment. Full payment is required when placing your order in our online shop.

As all our floral creations are made-to-order, we are unable to offer a refund on your purchases if you change your mind. However, if you would like to postpone the delivery of your order, please give us advance notice of three (3) working days ahead of the original delivery date.

If you received the wrong item or the item arrived damaged, please contact us immediately upon delivery at +65 97267309 as we would like to find a resolution for you. Please send us an image of the item and describe the issue clearly. Thank you.

We accept payment via MasterCard, Visa, American Express, PayPal and also Direct Payment (via Bank Transfer or PayNow). For PayNow, please make your payment to UEN: 201903024N.

Will I receive an exact bouquet as shown in the picture?

Should there be any of the flowers or colours shown in the picture be unavailable due to seasonal differences, shipment delays, or other supply obstacles, The Lilies Field reserve the right to substitute with a suitable floral or foliage at our discretion, without prior notice or obligations to you.

However, we will try the best we can to recreate the style and colour.

Workshops

Due to the nature of our workshops where fresh flowers are procured and used on the specific date of our workshops we are unable to reschedule you to another date if you are unable to make it for the workshop. We do recommend that you to find someone to replace you for your workshop slot.

Alternatively, if you would like for us to create the flower arrangement on your behalf and have it delivered to your home, simply top-up $50 to receive a TLF beautiful floral creation for your enjoyment in the comfort of your home.
